About ChatAnalyzer

Most people share thousands of messages every month without ever reflecting on the patterns they create. Who dominates the conversation? Who responds fastest? Does the tone shift over time? ChatAnalyzer was built to answer these questions — with rigor, privacy, and no data science background required.

We started with a simple question: what does a healthy conversation look like in data? The answer led us to build engagement scoring, sentiment tracking, personality estimation, and eventually language synchrony and manipulation pattern detection — tools that surface what raw message counts cannot.

ChatAnalyzer processes chat exports in-memory. Your file is uploaded, analyzed, and immediately discarded — only encrypted aggregated metrics are stored, never the original messages. This is a technical commitment, not just a policy.

The platform produces per-participant breakdowns across six core dimensions on the free plan — engagement, dominance, response times, activity heatmap, sentiment, and group balance — and extends to OCEAN personality profiling, language synchrony (LSM), and DARVO manipulation pattern detection on Pro.
