Terms of Service

By accessing or using ChatAnalyzer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

ChatAnalyzer is a privacy-first chat analytics platform that allows users to upload and analyze exported chat conversations from platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack. The Service provides aggregated metrics, engagement analysis, and NLP-powered insights.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree not to:

• Upload chat files that you do not have the legal right to analyze.
• Upload files containing illegal content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service.
• Use the Service to process files exceeding plan limits (5 MB on Free, 50 MB on Pro).
• Share account credentials with others.

ChatAnalyzer offers the following plans:

Payments are processed by iyzico. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime via Settings.

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you have not run more than 3 analyses during that period. Contact us at support@chatanalyzer.io to request a refund.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ChatAnalyzer Inc. You retain ownership of any data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Our data practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. Key points: raw chat files are never stored; only aggregated, encrypted metrics are retained.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that analysis results will be 100% accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatAnalyzer Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
