Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with ChatAnalyzer. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer refunds under the conditions described below. All refund requests are handled promptly and fairly.
2. Refund Windows by Plan
Monthly Plan — $2.99/month
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided you have not run more than 3 analyses during that billing period.
Yearly Plan — $24.99/year
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided you have not run more than 3 analyses during that billing period.
3. Conditions for Refund
- The refund request must be submitted within the applicable window (7 days for monthly, 30 days for yearly).
- For monthly and yearly plans: no more than 3 analyses must have been run during the billing period.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if the refund window has passed, or if more than 3 analyses have been run during the billing period on a monthly or yearly plan. Partial refunds for unused time on monthly or yearly plans are not available.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at chatanalyzer.io@gmail.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days.
